Origin Story
A Celiac was born
My passion for baking began at a young age, inspired by the techniques and recipes lovingly passed down from my mother and Nana. By day, I was a nurse; by night, an aspiring baker, tirelessly perfecting my craft. I thought my story was ordinary—until life handed me an extraordinary twist.
An unexpected diagnosis of Celiac disease revealed a new power and purpose: to create gluten-free treats that bring joy to others. My mission? To bake treats so delicious they’re indistinguishable from those containing my ultimate nemesis... Gluten!

This journey isn’t just about me. The diagnosis has been passed down to my children, but so has my newfound superpower. They inspire me every day to be a better baker, a stronger mom, and most importantly, their superhero.
